West Coast Hot Yoga

As most of you know I'm a huge Crossfit Renegade fan www.crossfitrenegade.com but, I also enjoy different types of yoga. I've recently started practising at West Coast Hot yoga. they have lots of different classes for all your inner yogi needs. I've particularly enjoyed the Yin and, flow classes. its great for people with a very stiff body from other athletic activity's you do. It's also a great way to relax with dim lights and spa music, creating a very Zen environment.
