Its 12:30 am I'm sitting at the Keg in yaletown and, I realized I didn't post anything today! I missed the 10am cf class due to a late night in Yale town Friday lol! So I joined the 11:00 foundations class at cross fit renegade. The workout was 1000 row, 25 ball slams 15 pnds warmup, snatch tech, and a 15 min as many rounds as possible 5 burpees, 7 knee to elbows, and 9 12pnd wall balls.. I got 10 rounds +5! It was a good little Saturday workout and, fun to work out with the foundations crew.
