Crossfit Games Workout 12.4 Results
First I will say that 150 wall balls in a row is insanely hard! I managed to get all 150 with 20 seconds left on the clock to hammer out 18 double unders. My goal was to get all 90 double unders so, Im going to do this workout again tomorrow at Crossfit Renegade. Hopefully Coach Fids will do it with me! My legs are still sore lol! I went to the box yesterday and completed a partner Wod so today I am resting to prepare for tomorrow!! The pic above is some of the other cross fitter's kids, Super cute!! The future of crossfit! I'll post my new Wod results tomorrow! Happy St. Patricks Day!
