Last Crossfit Games Open Wod! 12.5

Workout 12 . 5 MEN - includes Masters Men up to 54 years old Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes following the rep scheme below: 100 pound Thruster, 3 reps 3 Chest to bar Pull-ups 100 pound Thruster, 6 reps 6 Chest to bar Pull-ups 100 pound Thruster, 9 reps 9 Chest to bar Pull-ups 100 pound Thruster, 12 reps 12 Chest to bar Pull-ups 100 pound Thruster, 15 reps... This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 21, go on to 24. If you complete 24, go on to 27, etc. WOMEN - includes Masters Women up to 54 years old Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes following the rep scheme below: 65 pound Thruster, 3 reps 3 Chest to bar Pull-ups 65 pound Thruster, 6 reps 6 Chest to bar Pull-ups 65 pound Thruster, 9 reps 9 Chest to bar Pull-ups 65 pound Thruster, 12 reps 12 Chest to bar Pull-ups 65 pound Thruster, 15 reps... This is the last work-out of the Crossfit Games Open 12.5. Im not looking forward to this one mainly because, my pullups are not that great. I havn't learned how to kip so I end up using all arms which, can cause fatigue really fast! The thrusters will be fine its, the damn pull-ups!! I knew they would show their face at some point in one of the workouts. I will do my best and, thats all that matters. This year is just a warm up for me anyways lol Last week I forgot to post my results to the crossfit games site :( So I wont get an overall ranking! Thats ok, there is always next year..
