Standing Broad Jump,100 feet
Do three burpees after every five broad-jumps.Complete in as short a time as possible.

Above is today's chosen workout at the box. I will be doing this at 5! I'll let you know how I do. I have taken the last two days off for, a much needed rest! I'm looking forward to getting my body moving again. Although does shopping for 8 hours count as exercise? lol
