Here is today's posted workout. So we are working on our goals. Which means today I will be working on Dead lifts, Double unders max, pull ups, timed mile run, and handstand push-ups. I can do 104 double unders unbroken and, I want to reach 125. Attempting to do this can be exhausting lol especially when I get over 100 almost every attempt. I usually will attempt 3 times or else I just run out of steam! Dead lifts are a good goal to work on, I think my max is 185. I would like too get a 200 max over the next couple months. I can finally do pullupus without a band but, not consistently I need to get kipping down! I did a max 10 pull ups in 1 min. It doesn't sound like a lot but, is a big milestone for me:) I would like to do a mile run in under 7 min and, handstand push ups usually consist of me standing upside down with not too many push ups happening lol!
