I know its been a few days since I have posted anything, including my workouts! Yesterday's WOD was fun, I love doing partner workouts. Kody was my partner and, I think we made a good team. We finished the workout in 20:53, not too bad after a weekendof maybe a lil too much fun! I did do a small workout Sunday in my friend Vida's living room lol which consisted of squats , push ups, and some yoga. Monday morning I took her to the gym and, put her through a mini cross fit work out. I did a few things but, Monday was more of a rest day for moi! I need too take those more often! I think I may have convereted Vida to a crossfitter, shes is looking into joining downtown, yay! I love introducing people to fitness in general!
