Today's Wod

03-27-12 (Weight) WOD Strict Press 3-3-3 Push Press 1-1-1-1-1 amrap 7 min 5 pull-ups 7 push-ups 9 sit-ups Chosen as WOD: Mar 27, 2012 Hello everyone, sorry for the lack of post's! I had an amazing weekend out in the sun and, stayed far away from my computer. I also haven't posted my final result for the last Crossfit Games Open Wod. Well I didn't do to well like I predicted! It was the damn chest to bar pull-ups! Like I said this year was just my warm-up lol so I only managed to get 13 reps. I have been working on my pull-ups and Im already improving so I will just keep practising! Have a great night..
