Meet Mary-Ellen!
This is M.E aka Sheera!
I have been lucky enough to work out with this amazing women for just over a year. In the past 6 months she has become a coach at Crossfit Renegade. She truly is an amazing athlete and, gives me hope that ill be able to rx most work outs someday! Its incredible the weight this women can move! She is always open to help you out with any questions about crossfit, paleo recipes and, health and wellness in general. She really does live and breathe the crossfit lifestyle. She is not only a great coach but, also has become a great friend! Ya I'm a chesse ball I know! lol Below is a bit of info about Sheera and the program she runs at the box. Having been a gym rat for the past 20 years I found myself completely bored with the regular gym routine. I had started to implement functional training into my routine but it still wasn't enough. A friend of mine told me about crossfit. I went home and did my research and started to do WOD's at my current gym. Didn't work out that great , lucky for me there was a local affiliate that I immediately joined. Love at first WOD. Three years later I'm a certified crossfit coach and SUPER excited about introducing crossfit to any and every person that wants to make a change for the better.
FOUNDATIONS
The Foundations program is a tri-weekly 4 week course where athletes-in-training go to learn the elements of CrossFit. All the major lifts and movements will be taught from scratch with an emphasis on technical proficiency. These sessions follow a group class format scaled to your existing skill level. This course is necessary before joining group classes. Check schedule for class times. Price is $280. including applicable taxes
