Its 7:45 am as I write this post and, Im drinking my morning black coffee with stevia:) It's funny how I try to mentally prepare myself for my workouts through out the day, starting when I wake up. I get butterflies every time I walk into the Box, still after over a year of cross fitting. My coach Jamie Fiddler has nick named me princess because of this (other reasons too Im sure lol)! The picture above I found somewhere on line and , it made me feel like Im on the right track with my health and wellness. I have gone through many different body changes over the years and, I can definitely say I feel healthier and stronger then I did at 21. I will share more of my body image ups and downs with you guys in a later post. I really want to share the struggles I have had with my body image and, hopefully will be able to inspire other women who may need it to learn to love their bodies. It's taken me 28 years to find a healthy balance with food and, exercise but it still can be a daily struggle. Ok off to work! Have a wonderful day everyone!
