Monday's WOD!!

TECH
Back Squat
3-3-3-3-3
3 minute rest between sets

WOD
5 rds for time:
20 box jumps 24/20
15 kettlebell swings 28/20
10 ring dips
then right into 100 double unders or 500 singles

Sorry I haven't posted in a while! Had a great weekend which I will talk about in a later post. This was yesterdays WOD, my time was 15:17 almost rx'd using a band for ring dips. I also did a 110 pnd back squat for my 3 final reps.
